Kesuril is dominated by the Illurian empire, a lawful empire ruled by a theocracy. The theocracy is led by the emperor, who is not a cleric, but is considered to be to their religion much like the pope is to Catholicism. There are other kingdoms of course, including one that believes lycanthropes (were-creatures) are holy creatures, imbued with the blessing of their nature goddess. Of course they still send young lycanthropes to live with the druids of their nation until they learn to control their form before they are allowed back into society. There are various other kingdoms of course as well as other places of note like the Guardian Wood and the Demonspine Mountains, but I can’t spill all of my secrets quite yet.
